Grounds Maintenance Operative  – South Shields

Fixed term until 25th October 2019

Glendale have a prestigious grounds maintenance contract to maintain housing sites across the North East of England. We now seek to recruit a number of staff to support the contract, carrying out grass cutting and other horticultural duties. Based at our existing depot in South Shields, Tyne & Wear, the successful candidates will have some experience of horticultural tasks and previous experience of using hand held machinery such as mowers and strimmers. Candidates with a formal qualification in horticulture, PA1 & PA6, machinery competency certificates and a UK drivers licence will be at an advantage.
