This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing green services to private and public sector businesses. 

The successful candidates will assist the Arboricultural Operations Manager with the smooth operation of Utility arboricultural operations that are carried out in the area on behalf of Western Power Distribution.

The Opportunity

Contribute fully to the effective planning and delivery of the surveying and Utility Arb teams within the contract areas. Participate and innovate in securing the long-term future Vegetation Management Contracts.

Provide day to day leadership required to meet the production targets for each of your Utility Arb teams. Maintain and build relations with local client representatives.

Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture ‘Grow Safe Together’

The Person

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in managing utility arboriculture teams or related discipline and fit into a professional yet friendly operation with the emphasis on quality, fully buy into the requirements to maintain the very highest safety standards, ensuring that the customers and clients needs are at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

Candidates must hold:

• Formal qualifications in Utility Arboriculture.
• Have sound people skills with the ability to manage staff 
• Experience in planning teams and targets
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety systems and quality controls
• Have a full driving license
