The Opportunity

• Our contract based in Surrey  is seeking a Soft Landscape Operative to join our busy teams working on landscape construction projects at various commercial and residential sites in Surrey and the surrounding area.

• Working within a team carrying out landscaping to high standards, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in horticulture, landscape construction and landscape maintenance. 

• Requiring genuine commitment and the ability to deliver unsupervised, this position offers an exciting challenge and a chance for a highly motivated team player to advance their career within a stable working environment in a successful and growing company.

The Person

• Duties include ground clearance, land forming, turfing, planting, fencing and general horticultural maintenance etc. 

• Excellent customer care skills and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential.

• Must have a full UK driver’s licence. Trailer and digger licence is an advantage.  The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in the use of a wide range of tools and machinery.
