We are looking to appoint a Catering Assistant to help provide assistance to the front and back of house catering department here at Portsmouth Golf Course. This role has the potential to become a part or full time role for the right candidate.

The Person

• Previous experience in a food retail environment is essential

• Food Hygiene Certificate or skills gained in an appropriate environment preferable

• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to be flexible

• Positive and enthusiastic approach to work

• Excellent customer services skills essential

Duties will include

• Production of basic menu items

• Assisting with compliance and H&S policies and procedures

• Cleaning duties

• Serving hot & cold beverages

• Front of House assistance when required

• Evening and weekend work

• Ensuring high quality at all times

• Being part of a great team

• Full training will be given
