Glendale currently has vacancies for permanent positions for teams based from home in the Wiltshire / M4 corridor.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Supervisor you will undertake grounds maintenance services for our clients including grass cutting, hedge cutting and other estate maintenance tasks. This is a fixed term role until October 2021. There are a wide variety of tasks including grass cutting with both pedestrian and ride on equipment, herbicide application, habitat management and potential woodland work.
The role is remote based from home or collection locally.
The role also requires meeting and liaising with customers on a daily basis so good organisational and personal skills are required. The position requires genuine commitment and self-motivation and offers an exciting challenge and opportunity.
Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate relevant grounds management skills including previous experience in the safe use of grounds maintenance machinery, ride-on and pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters etc. A strong commitment to health & safety is essential.
Glendale use a web-based works programme for field teams so the ability to use smart phones will be desirable.
Candidates with a full UK drivers licence, PA1/PA6, Lantra Certification, Water Hygiene Cards and/or CSCS cards would be at an advantage.
